What is brand photography, anyway?

Great question. Brand photography is essentially visual storytelling so you can share what’s most important to you and your business while drawing in your ideal clients. Brand photography can look like:

Hi, I’m Ashlee!

I’m a brand photographer with over 10 years of experience capturing events, family portraits, and badass womxn entrepreneurs.

My clients resonate with my down-to-earth, present, empathetic nature and love how I’m able to turn an idea into tangible results.

I work with creatives and entrepreneurs across Colorado who are also really good at what they do, take pride in their creations, and are awesome people to be around.

I’m here to make sure you have an awesome photo day experience, get amazing results that look and feel like the real you, and have the tools you need to bring in your ideal clients.

Outside of work, you’ll find me on family roadtrips, eating awesome food with my two foodie kiddos, having impromptu dance parties, and settling into our new Longmont home.

Here’s How it Works

  • Fill out the contact form, and let's chat about your business! I’m excited to learn about you, your business, and your goals.

    Once I receive your info, I’ll reach out to schedule a fit call so we can get to know each other.

  • We’ll meet for 15-30 minutes on a zoom/phone call to ensure we’re a good fit, chat about your business hopes and dreams, your vibe, and collaboration ideas.

    After our call, you’ll receive an email with all the deets of your options, FAQ, and the process going forward.

  • When you're ready to book, we’ll pick a session type (full- or half-day) that works best for you and I'll send over a contract and deposit invoice (it's all done online).

    If you have any questions along the way, I’m here to help.

  • In your 60-min Session Planning call, we’ll review your questionniare, get into the photoshoot location(s), props, and wardobe.

    I’m here with you every step of the way!

  • On your photo day, we’ll create images that make your clients say, “Heck yeah! That’s the person I’m looking for!”

    We’ll meet at the first location with all your cute outfits and props, and take it from there.

  • I know you’re excited… I’ll send you a sneak peek of your photos before the final delivery!

  • Your photos will be ready a couple weeks after our photo day!

    I’ll send you an email with a link to download your photo gallery and start updating your website, social media, bio photos, and more.

  • After we have our photo day, I’ll send you a couple of preview images within a week or two. Then I’ll be busy behind the scenes editing and cleaning up your photos so they look their best.

    You can expect your final image gallery to be available about 2-3 weeks after our photo day.

  • Brand sessions start at $3,200. That investment includes a deep-dive into your business, a fully customized session built around your brand, and a gallery of images that can fuel your content for months. This isn't a quick shoot — it's a strategic creative experience designed to show up for your business the same way you do.

  • Aw, thanks! If you want to give credit to your photos, please use “LoveJoy Photography” as the source. If you’re on the ‘gram, please tag @lovejoycollective.co

  • Literally anywhere you want!

    Use your photos on your website, in social media posts, as your bio image, on the back cover of your upcoming book, on flyers and handouts, your digital course materials, in your Etsy shop… the list goes on…

  • Seriously. I know a lot of photographers will take a bunch of photos and have you pick out 10-20, but not here! I want you to have content for MONTHS to come that you won’t get bored of looking at :)

  • Having branded photos can support the growth of your business and get your ideal clients in the door.

    While it’s an investment, you’ll get a return on that investment as your business grows!

  • It’s totally up to you. The general rule is to look just a little more polished for your photos than you would on a normal day, while still looking like YOU.

    Some people prefer doing their own hair and makeup, while others like booking a blowout or makeup session on the morning of their photo day.

    If you know you want photos where your hands and/or feet will be visible, you might want to get a mani/pedi.
